The Yankees have activated starter Domingo German from the 10-day injured list. He’ll pitch tonight against the Mets.
Germán has been out since June 7 with a hip flexor strain. Before that, though, he posted a 9-2 record with a 3.86 ERA and a K/BB ratio of 77/19 in 70 innings across 13 games, 12 coming as a starter. He didn’t pitch very well in his lone rehab start, but the Yankees will certainly welcome him back with open arms.
