That could simply mean that the Dodgers are going to wait until the second week of September.
Urias, rated a top-10 prospect by Baseball America, MLB.com, and Baseball Prospectus ahead of the 2015 season, has registered a 3.21 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 80/16 K/BB ratio in 70 innings this summer between three different levels of the minor leagues. He is currently stationed with the Double-A Tulsa Drillers.
