Seattle manager Lloyd McClendon was furious with the umpires in Tuesday night’s Mariners-Yankees game after back-to-back check-swing calls went against his team, so he came out to yell at the umpires and got ejected.
At which point the 56-year-old McClendon–famous for taking first base out of the ground and leaving the field with it during an ejection while managing the Pirates years ago–got his money’s worth and then some by freaking out on everyone.
