Video: Colorado high school team wins a tournament semifinal on the old hidden ball trick


Actually, not quite the “old” hidden ball trick. That one usually involves the first baseman keeping it after a pickoff throw and then tagged a guy taking a lead. This one was a well-sold attempted pickoff to second base with a well-sold wild throw into the outfield. Of course the pitcher had the ball the whole dang time.
