Hanley Ramirez rejoins Red Sox lineup, will play through shoulder injury

Hanley Ramirez has avoided the disabled list, returning to the Red Sox’s lineup today after sitting out three games with a shoulder injury.

Ramirez is starting in left field and batting fourth versus the Blue Jays, looking to pick up where he left off by hitting .283 with 10 homers and a .949 OPS through 25 games.

Ramirez banged his left shoulder against a wall at Fenway Park on Monday and is still experiencing some pain, but apparently everyone has decided he’s fine playing through it.
