Wacha struck out four Nats hitters and now boasts a 1.76 ERA and 13/1 K/BB ratio through 15 1/3 innings this spring. The 23-year-old was limited to 107 innings last season due to a stress reaction in his shoulder and that injury — a rarity for a baseball player — still hangs over him heading into 2015. If the Cardinals do get a full season out of Wacha, they should yet again be among the top teams in the National League.
