Not only did the Braves fire general manager Frank Wren this morning …
Also today, Schuerholz fired Wren’s brother Jeff, a #Braves scout and special assistant to the GM.

Frank Wren’s son, Kyle Wren, in a minor leaguer in the Braves’ farm system who hit .290 between Single-A and Double-A this year, so presumably he’ll keep his job.
On a related (no pun intended) note: Former general manager John Schuerholz’s son, Jonathan Schuerholz, was a Braves eighth-round draft pick in 2002 and spent six seasons in the minors hitting just .224 with a .601 OPS. He’s now a Single-A manager in the Braves’ farm system.
