We saw Cubs rookie outfielder Jorge Soler go deep in his first major league at-bat on Wednesday night. Well, last night, the 22-year-old delivered his first career multi-homer game. He first hit a game-tying solo homer off Cardinals right-hander Shelby Miller in the seventh inning before launching a two-run blast in the eighth.

Check out the impressive power display below:

The sound off Soler’s bat on that second home run was something special. Just in case you were curious (and I know you are), the first one traveled an estimated 420 feet to dead-central while the second went even further, at an estimated 438 feet.

Soler finished the night 3-for-3 with a walk. He’s hitting .636 (7-for-11) over his first three games in the majors. The Cubs might have something here.
