Watch the Red Sox World Series parade

Fresh off winning their third World Series title in the past 10 years, the Red Sox will be honored this morning with a parade through Boston. The players, who will be riding in duck boats, will begin their trek from Fenway Park and finish on the Charles River. You can see the full parade route here.

The parade is set to begin at 10 a.m. ET, but MLB.com and RedSox.com will have live streaming of the event at 9 a.m.

The baseball world reacts to news of Kobe Bryant’s death

Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna were two of five people who died in a helicopter accident in Calabasas, California earlier today. The pilot, a teammate of Gianna’s, and the teammate’s parent were also killed in the tragic accident.

Bryant’s death sent shockwaves throughout the basketball world, as well as the sports world at large. Here were a few reactions from the baseball world.
