Derek Holland demoted, so Rich Harden in line to start Monday for Rangers

After a rough start Wednesday the Rangers have sent Derek Holland back to Triple-A, calling up reliever Michael Kirkman to take his place on the roster for now.
Holland was penciled in to start Monday, so that means the Rangers will likely activate Rich Harden from the disabled list to make that start against the Twins.
Harden was impressive Wednesday in the first start of his latest rehab assignment, striking out 10 batters while allowing just an unearned run over six innings at Triple-A. However, he has a 5.45 ERA in 15 starts for the Rangers between DL stints.
