Meet Dustin Pedroia's new favorite player

Reliever Fabio Castro arrived in Boston’s clubhouse Tuesday only to be put to the test immediately.
No, not on the mound.
5-foot-10 Marco Scutaro had the supposedly 5-foot-9 Dustin Pedroia and the 5-foot-7 Castro stand back-to-back to figure out who was taller.
According to the Boston Globe:
“The winner by an inch or so was Pedroia, who pumped his fist in celebration as Mike Lowell looked on and snickered.”
Castro, who is back in the majors for the first time since 2007, is one of two players in the majors currently listed at 5-foot-7, David Eckstein being the other. Only 5-foot-6 Reds reliever Daniel Ray Herrera is shorter.
