Scott Richmond has appeared in just four big-league games since starting 24 times for the Blue Jays in 2009 and now the 33-year-old right-hander is headed to Korea.

Korean news outlet Navar reports that Richmond has agreed to a one-year, $600,000 deal with the Lotte Giants of the Korea Baseball Organization.

Richmond had a 5.29 ERA in 169 innings for the Blue Jays and has struggled mightily at Triple-A for the past two seasons, so his odds of getting back to the majors seemed very slim.
